Handles your incoming order and sends you e-mail confirmation upon its receipt. Knows everybody's business around here and is a good one to contact with questions on any topic. If she does not have an answer, she will know someone who does and will get you a quick reply. A heckuva fisherlady who has her own bassboat powered by a 200 horse Evinrude (it'll flat fly).

Miss Louise
Serving in your interest as our Customer Advocate
This little lady answers to no one around here except for the ol' man and you, our customer. Sees to it that your order is filled exactly as you have directed and she can swing a big stick if there is the slightest bumbling in the processing. Also oversees our Custom Order Program and fabric buying. Can hold her own in the kitchen, too. Bakes a pecan pie that'd make any high-falootin' pastry chef wish he'd paid more attention at cooking school.

The fastest shipper in the south
Sees to it that your order is inspected, packed, shipped and sends you e-mail notification when it leaves our dock. Born and raised in the Lesser Antilles, his limey gentility impresses the ladies but, to the disdain of the guys, he is a Dolphins' fan.

The ol' man
His job around here is sweeping up, running errands and signing the checks. Hence, the title JGO which designates his positions as Janitor, Gofer, and Owner.
