love my new carpetbag!!!! I am truly impressed with its
craftsmanship. It is exactly what I wanted. I've seen
other "carpetbag" imitations for the last 6-7
years of my search and none ever measured up to what I
wanted. This one does!!!!
I
am so enjoying it!!!! I'm finding more uses for it than
I imagined.

I arrived back at my New York office to find your shipment
awaiting just as I'd requested. WHAT a treat it was to open
it and I am SO RELIEVED! Finding Nashville Depot on the
internet was both comforting and spooky -- you never know
what you'll get from an unknown "vendor" on the
web...afterall, I had sent you some very expensive fabric
for a Custom Order. But you've lived up to my exacting vision
-- surpassed it, even. I'M THRILLED!!! All the pockets inside
my bag are GREAT (I'm glad I opted for the extra one!).
And the leather on the handles is lovely! The craftspersonship
is superb.
And
I can't say enough about your service -- your e-mails
(written by real people, not those auto-responders) were
full of personality and warmth, you kept in touch with
quick responses to my questions, with updates on my order
and even notified me when my order was on its way! What
SERVICE!!
I'll
be proud to be carrying a "signature" bag --
something unlike all those cookie-cutter bags and duffels
one sees everywhere. You've made part of my life more
delightful and for that I'm grateful. I'm sure we'll do
business again.

styling and the detailed workmanship of my beautiful carpetbag
are exceptional and the fabric is exquisite. Since we
Kentuckians are noted for our appreciation of fine equine
accouterments, I especially value the leather craftsmanship.
I
carry my carpetbag with pride and it, indeed, attracts
much admirable attention. If I were still the Governor
of Kentucky, I would recommend your carpetbags be placed
in the excellent shops at our fine state parks.

can honestly say I love my carpetbag. You really have
a great product that makes me feel "connected"
in a very disconnected world. The workmanship seems to

Yes,
your carpetbags are certainly different. Much to my surprise,
security agents at the Tucson airport thought my carpetbag
looked suspicious (They had never seen one before). They
pulled me aside and scanned it with a computerized sensor.
When I asked them what in the world they were doing, one
replied they were checking it for traces of EXPLOSIVES!
As
I waited (with my mouth hanging open in disbelief) I also
prayed that whoever had sewn my bag together had not been
black powder hunting recently. After clearing me, I told
the agents I was glad I hadn't been helping my husband
fertilize the north 40 on our farm. They were not amused.
So
now I have another interesting story to tell about my
carpetbag.
